Vegan Mini Waffles
Basic recipe for vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free waffles.
  1. In the bowl of the blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until very smooth, starting on low and gradually increasing to high, about 1 or 2 minutes in a high-speed blender and longer if needed
  3. Heat the waffle iron, and cook according to the iron’s instructions, using about 1-2 Tpsp batter.
