Vegan Mini Waffles
Basic recipe for vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free waffles.
plant based milk
In the bowl of the blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.
Blend until very smooth, starting on low and gradually increasing to high, about 1 or 2 minutes in a high-speed blender and longer if needed
Heat the waffle iron, and cook according to the iron’s instructions, using about 1-2 Tpsp batter.
