Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana very ripe
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In the bowl of the blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until very smooth, starting on low and gradually increasing to high, about 1 or 2 minutes in a high-speed blender and longer if needed
- Heat the waffle iron, and cook according to the iron’s instructions, using about 1-2 Tpsp batter.
