Vegan Gluten-free Banana Bread
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees (165C)
  2. In a large bowl combine your flours, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon. Set of aside.

  3. In a separate bowl combine your mashed bananas, coconut sugar and plant based milk.
  4. Add in bowl with dry ingredients wet ingredients and mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Transfer half of the batter into the other bowl.
  6. Add cocoa powder and vegetable oil to one bowl and mix until just combined.
  7. Add peanut butter and 3 Tbsp plant based milk to the other bowl.
  8. Transfer the batter into the loaf cake pan like at the picture above.
  9. Use a toothpick to gently swirl the mixture; be careful not to over-swirl.
  10. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 60 - 75 minutes, or until a skewer inserted down the center comes out dry.
  11. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
